Events & Activities in Bridestowe

Cricket Club
With roots in village cricket, Bridestowe Cricket Club now fields two Saturday League sides and an evening league side as well as having an active youth section. We are always looking for help, both on and off the pitch. Being entirely self funded and with rising costs, our regular sponsors and vice-presidents are very important to the continuation of the club. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, vice-president or making a one-off donation, please contact us.

Yoga
YOGA on Thursdays at 6.30pm for about and hour and a bit…. Classes designed to be accessible, so, no, you don’t have to be flexible. You practice in a way that works for your own body. I prompt proprioception (awareness of what’s happening inside your own body) and a meditative attitude. Emphasis is on exploration, it is quite gentle and strengthening at the same time, and there is no expectation of performance. You will finish your class feeling at peace, relaxed and in touch with your self. Try us out! £8 drop in. £40 for 6 classes.
